Castellar de N’Hug is a small municipality located in the mountains, in the region of Barcelona. It is famous for being the place where the Llobregat river is born. The gastronomy has traditional touches of the interior regions of Barcelona, and is specially based in the excellent native products that come from the ranching and agriculture.
