This ski resort is located in Cantabrian Mountains in the province of León, Villablino that borders with Asturias. It has 7 km of skiable area divided in 10 background tracks along the hillsides of Cueto de Arbás, a peak of more than 2000 meters of height. This area was declared Biosphere Reserve 15 years ago, so in addition to ski, you can do other activities as hiking or biking, specially when there is no snow. Orallo is the closest town to the ski resort. There we suggest you the Hotel Rural El Mirador de Orallo, it is located in an old building but the rooms are very modern and the design is in perfect harmony between the modern furniture and the original structure. You will be able to enjoy the views of the mountain from your sofa and to hear the sound of the river during sunrise.

In another close town, Caboalles de Abajo, you can find the apartamentos rurales L’Abiseu. They offer large rooms to rest, it is perfect if you are in the area to ski. They have a large garden, a kids area and even a barbeque.

Our last recommendation, in Villablino is the Hostal Rural La Tintoreria, this is a modest option. It has an affordable price and it includes all you need for a calm stay. The breakfast here is abundant and tasty.
