Berga has a cuisine with a lot of personality and quality thanks to the ingredients, which come from the local agriculture and ranching. Their vegetable garden produces products such as the black peas and the blat de moro escairat, a type of local corn that has been cultivated since the 18th Century. With this products some typical dishes are prepared, such as the enmascaradas potatoes, cocked with black butifarra.

To finish the meal, nothing better than a glass of Aromas de Queralt, a sweet and strong liquor made in the region. The Fiesta del Patum is the perfect occasion to enjoy the gastronomy of Berga.
