5 Simple Recipes with Wild Asparagus

  • Eggs (2)
  • A bundle of asparagus (1)
  • Mushrooms/shrimp/garlic

  • Kosher salt
  • Serrano ham (sliced)

As a garnish or as a light supper, grilled asparagus with Serrano ham is a success. To prepare them, you have to brown the asparagus in a pan. Then, wrap them with a slice of ham and put them back on the pan. You can take them out when they are golden. You can add variety to the recipe by wrapping them with turkey cold cuts. It is very healthy and easy. You can also make them with bacon, a little less light but just as tasty.

3. Roasted Wild Asparagus, Tomato and Cheese

  • A slice of bread
  • Asparagus
  • Tomatoes (1)
  • Cheese
  • Olive oil, garlic and salt

This asparagus toast recipe is very nutritious. Toast the bread on both sides to make it more crispy. Meanwhile, slice the tomato and sauté the asparagus with oil and salt to taste. When the bread is toasted, put the garlic (cut in half) on one of the sides of the bread. After this, put on the tomato and season it. On the tomato, place the asparagus and the cheese.  You can prepare the toast au gratin in the oven to eat with the cheese or eat as it is. You can decide.

4. Pasta with Asparagus and Shrimp

  • Spaghetti
  • Shrimp (10)
  • Bundle of asparagus (1)
  • Cloves of garlic (2)
  • Onion (1)

Although it requires a little more time than the previous recipes, the result is worth it. Poach the onion in a frying pan with the garlic. Then, toss in the asparagus and the shrimp. Put water in a saucepan and cook the shells and heads of the shrimp. In the same water, boil the spaghetti. It will increase its flavor! 5. Cold Asparagus with Salmon
