Santo Domingo de Silos is a community of just three hundred inhabitants, famous especially for its monastery and roman cloister. However, in its streets open to rural tourism it’s possible to find some of the most appetizing and well-known products of the region. Though it’s a very small town, eating in Santo Domingo de Silos is a pleasant gastronomic experience. Although it’s not know for its food, the restaurants serve typical Burgos cuisine. Finding a tapas bar in Santo Domingo de Silos is a little perhaps a little more complicated.
