Pizza Dough Recipe

  • Bread flour (1 kg), warm water (550 ml), olive oil (25 ml), salt (25 g), fresh yeast (15 g)

How to Make It:

  1. Start by pouring the bread flour into a bowl, keeping some aside in case you need more.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in the water and pour it over the flour. Help yourself with a spatula or wooden spoon to mix the ingredients slowly.
  3. It is time to add the salt and olive oil and continue mixing. We must get a compact but sticky dough.
  4. If you see that your dough needs more flour, you can add the leftover flour.
  5. On the kitchen counter, spread a little flour and place the dough.
  6. Knead it with your hands until it does not stick. It is important to do this for several minutes.
  7. Then, add some flour to a bowl and make a ball with the dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for at least 45 minutes so that it gets bigger.
  8. After this, divide the dough into at least 3 different balls to freeze or eat on the spot.
