Orange and Orange Blossom Muffins Recipe

Who can resist? We have all had a muffin at some point, especially at breakfast and snacks, and they are so delicious!  We bring you a very easy and original recipe with which you can prepare about 24 units of orange and orange blossom muffins.


  • Large eggs (4).
  • Orange blossom water (2 tablespoons).
  • Whipping cream (100 grams).
  • Sunflower oil (175 grams).
  • Orange juice (75 grams).
  • Sugar (250 grams).
  • Orange zest (of 1 orange).
  • Baking powder (1 sachet).
  • Flour (350 grams).

How to Make It:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. When it is well mixed, add the zest orange and orange blossom water until they are thoroughly combined.
  2. Add the cream, oil and orange juice and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Add the flour and the baking powder to the mixture, stirring enough to get a smooth batter. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare the pans and pour the mixture into each of them, so that 1/4 of the pan is not filled. A good trick to calculate this measure, and so that all the cupcakes have the same amount, is to use an ice-cream scoop.
  5. Sprinkle sugar on top of each muffin. Let it sit for another 10 minutes.
  6. Once the time has passed, put it in the oven at 200ºC for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it cool down.
  7. You can also decorate the muffins with butter cream. To do this you need butter at room temperature, icing sugar and vanilla essence. Beat it with a whisk and the result is sweet and perfect for decorating. With the help of a piping bag, place it on the muffins. If you use food coloring you can make colored butter cream.
