Start with the bacon, which should be cut into small pieces while heating the oven to 180ºC. Then it is time for the avocados. Cut them in half and remove the pit. To make sure that all the egg enters well, remove a little bit of avocado leaving a hole in the center. Add the egg and the bacon over the white. Add a little salt and bake for 15 minutes.
Of all the egg recipes, this is the easiest to make. You only need five minutes and to preheat the oven to 180ºC, saving time. Cut a square in the slice of bread (without reaching the end) or crush its interior with a spoon. Add the egg and grated cheese. To get more flavour, add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, put the recipe in the oven for 15 minutes. Bear in mind that the cooking time will vary depending on the oven, so you have to be aware of it.
Out advice: you can use low-fat cheese.
We continue with the recipes with eggs. In this case we are going to prepare a delicious wild asparagus omelette. First cut the asparagus in pieces of about 3 centimetres, wash them and drain them. Once they are dry, brown them in a frying pan with a splash of oil and over a low heat; this way they will not get burn.
Then beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Add the drained asparagus to the pan and make an omelette. A perfect dish to have as a side dish or as a main dish.
Our advice: to add more flavour to the beaten eggs you can add a few cubes of Serrano ham.
A classic of the egg recipes. Eggs stuffed with tuna are perfect to eat as an appetizer or if you feel like having a refreshing dinner. Start by cooking the eggs and, when finished, remove the shell and cut them in half. Remove the yolks.
Then cut the onion into small pieces and brown it in the pan with a little oil. In a bowl put the yolks, which you will have crushed with a fork. Also add the drained onion, the mayonnaise (to taste) and the tomato sauce. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough and finally fill the eggs with the dough.
Our advice: you can serve the eggs in a dish and cover them with mayonnaise. If you want a more creative presentation, you can cut olives and piquillo peppers and place them on top of the eggs.
