This cocktail was the winner of the 4th edition of the Cocktail Awards. To prepare it, we will use a cocktail shaker.

Jelly’s Preparation. Mix water and brady in a pot and then heat it without boiling. Then add the agar-agar and stir continuously until the mixture begins to thicken. When the mixture is more consistent, the pour it into a rectangular mold or into an ice-cube tray mold. Let stand it at least 6 hours. Once cool, dice it finely.
