5 certificate of origin cocktails

Summer comes with numerous meetings and events, and there is nothing better than tasty cocktails made with certificate of origin products to surprise your guests.

Here we show you five cocktail varieties that you cannot miss.

Let’s start.

BLASS COCKTAIL

  • 3cl. Orujo of Galicia.
  • 2cl. Compal Peach Juice
  • 4cl. Passionfruit Juice
  • 1cl. Redcurrant syrup

This cocktail was the winner of the 4th edition of the Cocktail Awards. To prepare it, we will use a cocktail shaker.

Add all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker together with ice, and then shake it until the mixture gets the mixture the desired temperature. Garnish it with strawberry and orange and serve it into a shot glass.

SA TARDOR D’EIVISSA

  • 1,25 cl Herbs from Ibiza
  • 1,25 cl passionfruit
  • 1/8 de lime
  • 1,6 cl peach juice
  • 1,6 cl pineapple juice
  • 1,6 cl orange juice
  • 2 tips of grenadine.

Add all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker together with ice, and then shake it until the mixture gets the desired temperature. Garnish it with a cocktail cup rimmed with grenadine and a pineapple slice.

ICEBER

  • 2,5 cl Vodka
  • 1,25 cl Alcoy coffee liquor
  • Lemon juice

Add all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker together with ice, and then shake it until the mixture gets the desired temperature. Serve it in a big class with a lemon twist and chip ice. Finally, add more lemon twists and coffee beans.

MONTANÉS MOJITO

Add directly to the glass the fresh mint leaves, which we will beat to squeeze their oil. Garnish it with mint, lemon slices and two ice cubes.

BRANDY AND MANDARIN SORBET

Para el sorbete:

For the brandy;

  • 25 ml water
  • 50 ml sloe brandy
  • 2 gr Agar-Agar

Jelly’s Preparation. Mix water and brady in a pot and then heat it without boiling. Then add the agar-agar and stir continuously until the mixture begins to thicken. When the mixture is more consistent, the pour it into a rectangular mold or into an ice-cube tray mold. Let stand it at least 6 hours. Once cool, dice it finely.

Cocktail’s Preparation. In a blender, mix the brandy, the mandarin ice at a median speed. Then serve it in kind of cocktail cup and scratch the mandarin skin at the top of the glass. Then add some bits of brandy jelly, and add raspberry and mint leaves to garnish it.

Advice

If you do not have a cocktail shaker, you can ‘build’ one using two tall glasses that cover up each other. In this way we can make the perfect mix and shake it without spilling anything.
