You can arrive to this island by plane or ferry. There are many things to do in this island, that is why it deserves more than one or two days of visit for this travel guide. You should wear comfortable shoes and carry your camera with you to take amazing photos while visiting places like the Garajonay National Park and the Valle Gran Rey Rural Park. What to see in La Gomera

We can start our travel guide in San Sebastián to visit the parochial Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción from the XV and XVIII centuries, where you can find original architectonic pieces and several paintings.

The hermitages are also very popular. Among them we highlight: the San Sebastián Hermitage (XVI century), the Reyes Hermitage (XVI century), the San José Hermitage (1719) and the Puntallana Hermitage (XVI century). But you can also visit the Nuestra Señora de las Nieves Hermitage and the Nuestra Señora de la Concepción Hermitage (XVI and XVIII centuries)

Other remarkable building is the Conde Tower (founded in 1470) sheltering nowadays the cartography museum, which is a must see in this trael guide.

The House of Colón (XVIII century) along with the House of the Counts (XVIII century) are very beautiful buildings to visit. But you should visit as well the houses of Ruiz de Padrón (XVIII century), Darias (XX century) and Bencomo (XIX century).

The Archaeology museum is in the Echevarría House.

The town of Angulo we find the visitors centre in the Garajonay National Park. There are also interesting the San Marcos Church, the House of José Guiar and the one of Trujillo.

In Alajeró you should visit El Salvador temple (XVI-XVII centuries).

Whenn Tagaragunche, you have to go to see the Nuestra Señora del Buen Paso Hermitage, and don’t forget to stare in the landscapes of this town to the Dragos de Agalán the most ancient trees in this island, located in the Tajonaje cliff.

Next, Hermigua the Ethnographic Museum of La Gomera, the House of Telares, the Nuestra Señora de La Encarnación Church and the Convent of Dominico de San Pedro (1611) are very remarkable spots in this travel guide.

By the other side, in Vallehermoso there is the Candelaria Church (XVI-XVII centuries), the Temple of Bautista and the Hermitages of Santa Lucía (XVI century) and El Carmen (XVII century)

Finally, in the town of Valle Gran Rey you need to approach to the Palmarejo Viewpoint, an amazing natural landscape.

And in Alajeró you have to visit the volcanic landscape of La Caldera.
