Navacerrada is an elegant municipality located north of the Community of Madrid. In its traditional streets we can find numerous markets throughout the year that attract many visitors, especially the antiques that takes place every Sunday at the entrance of the town, or the exhibition of antique cars that is held every first Sunday of the month. The port is ten minutes by car from the town, and its influx increases with the snow year after year.
The winter resort Puerto de Navacerrada is located in the Sierra de Guadarrama, a natural environment that, gastronomically, combines the best of Madrid and Segovia tradition. Many of the gastronomic pillars of this area come from a direct use of the natural resources of the sierra, which has some very well-considered products such as veal, protected under its own geographical indication.

If we choose to eat at the Petite Raclette, we will discover some delicious fondues in the Sierra de Madrid. This cozy restaurant, located in a mountain house with walls and wooden beams included, also offers its guests excellent meats with which to accompany its exquisite raclette.
In the restaurant Cara Norte we find an ideal place to eat or to have a snack. The business does not have a long menu but all its dishes are delicious and the beers and wines combine perfectly with anything you may choose.
In the square of the Doctor Gereda we can sit down and eat in the idilic terrace of the Bar El Abeto with views to the town. This restaurant is perfect if we are looking for a place where to enjoy big servings and cold beer. We recommend trying the torreznos, amazing!
In the restaurant Felix el Segoviano we find a wide variety of dishes to share in a traditional environment where raw materials stand out and come along a very nice service. In addition it is perfect to have a snack based on hot chocolate and picatostes in winter! One of the star dishes of the restaurant.
